Downward spiral.

Nothing new to add realy.

Had minor car crah on Tuesday.

It was the final trigger.

Between fixing/upgrading computers at home, relatives, neighbour and at work. I just feel down in the dumps and heading downwards.

I am not clinical depressed yet. Doing my best not to head that way.

Visited that void once for a few seconds and came back.

It was several years ago. At that time I was driving a car and if I not had a passenger in the car, I think I would have wraped it round a tree.

I not near that point and I am doing my best to turn away and return to my normal glomy self.

Eversence I came home from my Japanese holiday, It has been almost none stop working on computers.

I am almost cracking up.
