Gone but not forgotten & sudden stopping is painfull

Finally i found my password for here and i find lil-kender diary is blank. :(

21st November 2015 i took a slight fall through a PVC roof and onto stone floor 8 feet below.

Sadly i fractured my left hip socket in two places.

Luckily no operation or plaster was needed. Just bed rest for two weeks and then crutches and now weight on it for 10 weeks.

Almost finished the strong pain relief tablets from the doctor (been cutting back on them for weeks), but taking over the counter pain killers which dull the pain.

That is the last time i clean the gutters of my brother-in-law house.
