Layout adjustment

Adjusted my layout a bit.

Added a rotating Ranma 1/2 logo and two weather pixies. One for Osaka in Japan near where I am going and another near where I live.

I may be making further adjustments, for I am currently thinking of redoing the background image.

I am going to have to do something with that original diaryland picture/links buttons picture.

It does not fit in with the background pictures.
