Aircrash

With only 12 days to go before my flights from Belfast to London and then to Tokyo, I am watching a program on TV about Aircrashs.

Good job I am not afraid about flying. It has been several years since I flew and that was on a school sky holiday.

Between the two flights, the first, which is the shorter, I will find out how well I will tolerate being enclosed.

I hate being enclosed and I will be in an enclosed aircraft for over 12 hours from London to Tokyo. It does not even have to be an enclosed room. Sometimes walking through a shopping centre packed with people makes me feel as if everything is collapsing inwards at times and sounds start to echo. I might have a mild form of claustrophobia.

I just have to do what I normally do when I feel this way and that is to think logically through the unreasonable fears that arise.
